Training
Our experience and current industry knowledge equips us to deliver training to your staff and contractors to meet your compliance obligations.

There are two different forms of training available – both Government Certified courses as well as Competency based courses. Courses through our Registered Training Organisation are recognised nationwide and are approved and held with content to comply with all regulations. Competency courses are held in a similar fashion and demand sees the scope of available courses change regularly. And on top of that, Prodrive are able to develop bespoke training courses individual to your business. Training in areas such as Safe Tipping, Trailer Coupling & Uncoupling, Truck & Dog Operation, Pre-Trip Inspections……tailored courses are only limited by extent of your requirements.
Chain of Responsibility legislation has ensured that training for employees is more important than ever before. It has also become a pre-requisite for most work sites around the country in varying forms. The more that you can prove that you have done “What’s Reasonably Practicable” in the event of an incident the better off you’ll be and quite simply, you can never have too much training.
Face to Face training is always more effective than an online course as the interaction between the students and trainer allows for the real questions and the real answers. You will receive the presentation and assessment for your chosen course with an official certificate to back up your training. However, the real-life scenario’s and home truths provided in our courses ensure that even the most seasoned operator will come away learning something new. If Prodrive doesn’t have your desired course on scope we’ll direct you towards a provider who does.
