Bruce Gunter
Bruce grew up in a trucking family with his father Geoff operating from the mid 1950’s as an interstate driver. Bruce gained extensive exposure in the transport industry and with a background in driving, scheduling, management and compliance, he moved into the consulting world to help other companies cope with constant changes in laws and regulations. He is dedicated to training drivers and key stakeholders into knowing and understanding their obligations under Heavy Vehicle National Law along with the physical aspects of driving. Bruce is a qualified Auditor for the NHVR, a certified Trainer and also on the board of advisors for the NHVR’s Safety Management Systems team. Attention to detail is his key to success.
Brendon Ryan
Brendon’s strong family exposure to the trucking industry saw him move into road transport as soon as he was able to and after a few driving roles he was asked to try his hand as a scheduler. This was for a large raw materials supplier where he was involved with the allocation of over forty truck & dogs. From there a new role with a large Sydney based waste firm saw his skills develop with a near 100 vehicle fleet where he was often regarded as one of the finest allocators around. Management was his next title and a strong exposure to both the Management of sub-contractors along with Government contracts has provided him with skilled knowledge of this specialised field. He is also a fan of converting all paper based methods to electronic for ease of administration. Like Bruce, Brendon is an Exemplar Global certified Auditor for the NHVR.
Meg beCKER
With a decade of experience in heavy vehicle workshops and a proven track record of meeting NHVAS requirements for companies, Meg brings a wealth of expertise to Prodrive. Originally from Colorado in the USA, Meg moved to Australia in 2010 and fell into the transport compliance world by accident. Bruce and Brendon met her quite a few years back and have worked closely with her at a few different companies, watching her hone her skills in transport and soak up as much knowledge as she could. Meg was thrilled when we approached her to join the team as another highly skilled and passionate person who fit the Prodrive way. She is also a talented Graphic Designer and computer expert, Meg adds a whole new dimension to how Prodrive operates.
