As Chief Engineer at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, Les has spent decades championing innovation, productivity, and safety in heavy vehicle transport.
Under his leadership, PBS has grown into one of the most significant reforms in the industry, with more than 28,000 PBS combinations delivering safer, more productive freight outcomes across Australia.
