Bruce Gunter
Founder
Bruce Gunter brings more than 20 years’ experience in the transport industry to the table, with hands-on roles in driving, scheduling, management and compliance. After growing up in a trucking family and accumulating real-world experience behind the wheel and in the office, he founded ProDrive Compliance in 2013 to help transport companies navigate the ever-changing laws under the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
Bruce is an NHVR-qualified auditor, certified trainer, and was on the board of advisors for NHVR’s Safety Management Systems team. He’s devoted to training drivers and stakeholders to understand their obligations, focusing on practical, fit-for-purpose solutions—not generic checklists.
At the Masterclass, Bruce will share his proven strategies for simplifying compliance, implementing systems that work in real-life operations, and turning regulatory burden into operational excellence.
