Emma Watson is a seasoned investigations and compliance executive with a 27-year NSW Police career behind her. She later served as Director of Investigations at the NHVR, leading national strategies and high-stakes cases under the HVNL—particularly serious-harm and fatality matters—before moving into advisory work with Risk-e Business. Today, she helps government and industry lift investigative practice, standards, and governance across safety and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
